Refunds

Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credits only.

Store Credits can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Refund processing will begin once the returned item has been received and inspected.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Log in to your account or visit the Returns Portal.

Select the order and item you wish to return or exchange.

Submit your request within 7 days from delivery.

Follow the instructions provided to ship the product back to us.
Important Notes

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper care.
